Gift cards are a second currency in the game.
they are used to buy premium materials for one use and can be exchanged for coins.Also you can use them for special orders or ASK ANNA. You can get them At the bonus scratch and when you level up, at both of these you get 1 card.
Level 25 Clients[]
At a random time A client will ask for ten gift cards in exchange for a level 25 Customer at an early stage. You will NOT be able to accept if you don't have enough.
